In consideration of our neighbours and to ensure that the flat is as comfortable as possible for all visitors, we ask everyone to follow these simple rules.
  1. Always remove your shoes at the front door and never wear outdoor shoes inside the flat. Outdoor shoes can be heard downstairs and they can damage the wooden floors.
  2. No Smoking inside the flat, in the communal hallway or while leaning out of windows.
  3. Remember that people live downstairs so try and keep noise to a minimum. Please do not play loud music or speak in loud voices after 10.30 at night – the noise carries throughout the close.
  4. You are welcome to have guests but the flat is not intended as a venue for the hosting of parties! Please ensure that any guests understand the rules and make as little noise as possible.
  5. Remember this is also our home. Please treat it and all the contents with care.
  6. If you meet anyone in the communal hallway, please be pleasant and say hello .
  7. Always lock the doors when you go out and ensure that the common entrance door is shut properly.
  8. On your departure day, please empty the dishwasher, clean the kitchen surfaces, put your bags of rubbish at the front door and ensure that you have taken all your belongings.
  9. If anything has been broken during your stay, please let us know.
  10. Remember to sign the Visitors’ Book.
