In consideration of our neighbours and to ensure that the flat is as comfortable as possible
for all visitors, we ask everyone to follow these simple rules.
-
Always remove your shoes at the front door and never wear outdoor shoes inside the flat.
Outdoor shoes can be heard downstairs and they can damage the wooden floors.
-
No Smoking inside the flat, in the communal hallway or while leaning out of windows.
-
Remember that people live downstairs so try and keep noise to a minimum. Please do not
play loud music or speak in loud voices after 10.30 at night – the noise carries
throughout the close.
-
You are welcome to have guests but the flat is not intended as a venue for the hosting
of parties! Please ensure that any guests understand the rules and make as little noise
as possible.
-
Remember this is also our home. Please treat it and all the contents with care.
-
If you meet anyone in the communal hallway, please be pleasant and say hello .
-
Always lock the doors when you go out and ensure that the common entrance door
is shut properly.
-
On your departure day, please empty the dishwasher, clean the kitchen surfaces, put
your bags of rubbish at the front door and ensure that you have taken all your belongings.
-
If anything has been broken during your stay, please let us know.
-
Remember to sign the Visitors’ Book.
